How do I change or cancel an appointment?

If you need to modify or cancel an appointment, please contact Sphere directly as soon as possible. Cancelling less than eight hours of the scheduled start time will incur a late cancellation penalty

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment online, through our Sphere app, or by contacting us directly. While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance due to high demand.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment to sign in and prepare to relax. We recommend to avoid arriving rushed or anxious.

What is the benefit of arriving early for my appointment?

To ensure the best experience at Sphere, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early. This allows time to settle in and account for any potential travel delays, especially if it’s your first visit or the weather is unfavourable. If you arrive after the session has started, your reserved session may be given to walk-ins or clients on the waitlist.

Memberships

How do I purchase a Membership?

Memberships can be purchased online, via the Sphere app, or at any Sphere location.

Do credits roll over?

You are encouraged to use credits for services as they are issued. Unused credits will carry over to the next month’s billing cycle if you have a recurring membership.

Can I have more than one Membership?

Yes, Sphere memberships can be bundled to create the ideal optimization regimen for you. We also offer All Access Memberships that include all our Recovery services.

Can I share my package or membership with someone?

All packages and memberships at Sphere are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual package holder or member. Additional guests may join your session for an added fee. Please contact us for more information.

Can I purchase packages or memberships on behalf of someone?

Yes, you can. We also offer a Gifting Program that allows you to purchase Sphere credits as a gift for existing or new members. Please contact us for more details.

Performance

What is Semi-Private and Small Group Private Training?

Our Semi-Private group sessions offer a personalized experience similar to Private Training, but within a group setting. From your initial consultation and assessment, your Coach will create an individualized workout program tailored specifically to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. During group sessions, each participant follows their own customized workout plan, ensuring a focused and effective experience.

What is the difference between Semi-Private/Small Group and Private Training?

Semi-Private Training and Small Group Private Training accommodate up to 6 and 4 participants respectively, at designated times throughout the day. These sessions are designed to reflect the Sphere ethos, fostering camaraderie and motivation among members while cultivating an engaging and supportive environment. They also offer a more cost-effective alternative to Private Training.

Private Training provides a higher level of personalized attention, accountability, and flexibility. With in-depth coaching and tailored sessions, training times are arranged directly with your Coach and can be scheduled throughout the day within our operating hours. What should I wear for my Performance sessions?

Standard sports attire is appropriate, and footwear is optional.

How long is each session?

Each session lasts 60 minutes.

Can I purchase multiple Performance memberships?

Yes, please contact us, and we can customize a package that suits your specific needs.

Contrast Therapy

What is Contrast Therapy?

Contrast therapy involves alternating between an infrared sauna and a cold plunge, promoting vasodilation and vasoconstriction in the body. Each suite contains a 2-4 person infrared sauna, a cold plunge, an en-suite shower, and amenities.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are 60 minutes long.

How are the cold plunges cleaned?

Cold plunges are constantly running and filtered through ozone filters, which destroys bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Additional non-toxic sanitizers ensure water purity.

How hot is the Infrared Sauna and how cold is the plunge?

Infrared Saunas reach 60°C, and cold plunges range from 3°C to 10°C.

How many people can book at once?

All contrast therapy rooms are private. For group sessions, please contact Sphere. There is a fee for each additional person.

Infrared Sauna

What is an infrared sauna?

Infrared saunas use infrared heaters to heat the body directly, offering a gentler heat than traditional saunas. They operate at a maximum temperature of 60°C, providing therapeutic benefits without overwhelming heat.

What is the experience like?

A staff member will guide you to your private sauna room and assist with the session if needed. You control your environment and can take breaks as necessary.

What should I do to prepare?

Hydrate well before, during, and after your session. Avoid heavy meals and skin products prior to your appointment.

How long is each sauna session?

Sessions last 60 minutes.

Can I bring a guest?

All sauna suites are private. For group sessions, please contact Sphere. Additional fees apply for extra guests.

LED Light Therapy

What is LED Light Bed treatment?

This treatment uses LED and near-infrared light to stimulate ATP production, enhancing cellular repair and reducing inflammation.

How should I prepare for my LED Light Bed session?

Come with clean skin, free of moisturizers or makeup. Bring headphones to enjoy music or podcasts during the session.

How long is each light therapy session?

Each session lasts 25 minutes

What should I expect during my treatment?

A staff member will guide you to your private LED light bed room. You will undress and wear provided eye protection. The bed emits a soft white noise for a relaxing experience.

What should I expect to feel after my session?

You will feel warm, refreshed, and relaxed. Your skin will have a natural glow, and aches and pains will be reduced.

Cryotherapy

What is Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy is an advanced cold shock treatment that involves immersing yourself in a chamber with temperatures ranging from -85°C to -115°C for up to 3 minutes. Originally developed in Japan in 1978, cryotherapy has since gained popularity across Europe and America. At Sphere, our whole-body cryotherapy experience envelopes you from head to toe in an insulated chamber designed for maximum impact.

How long is each treatment?

Each cryotherapy session typically lasts 3 minutes. However, we can tailor the duration to meet your comfort level.

How should I prepare?

Arrive with dry skin and hair to prevent frostbite—Sphere provides everything else you'll need for your session. If you're planning to combine this with other treatments like float therapy, sauna, or a cold plunge, we recommend starting with cryotherapy. It’s perfectly fine to schedule cryotherapy after LED Light Therapy.

What is the Cryotherapy experience like?

Upon arrival at Sphere, a dedicated member of the staff will guide you to a private cryotherapy room. Here, you'll undress, leaving on your undergarments. We’ll supply you with gloves, earmuffs, socks, slippers, a robe, and a towel dress for your session. It’s mandatory to wear the socks, gloves, earmuffs, and slippers, while the robe or towel is optional. We also suggest removing any jewellery before entering the cryotherapy chamber.

Once you're ready, our staff will walk you through the treatment options, tailoring the experience to your goals and preferences. You’ll then step into the cryo-chamber, where we’ll monitor your session to ensure your safety and comfort. Afterward, we’ll assist you in stepping out of the chamber and give you space to redress.

What should I expect to feel afterward?

Immediately after your session, it’s common to feel a bit chilly with a slight tingling sensation on your skin. Your skin will be cold to the touch, but it will return to a normal temperature within minutes. You’ll leave feeling both mentally focused and physically relaxed, ready to dive back into your daily routine.
